This acquisition extends LANDESK’s unified endpoint management capabilities to both physical and virtual devices, and advances our endpoint protection offerings with the addition of privilege management and application. During 2015, LANDESK acquired Xtraction Solutions, a company that brings business intelligence to IT operations initiatives. In 2014, LANDESK made two acquisitions in mobile productivity: 1) LetMobile, which helps enterprise IT and security teams address modern user work styles by extending security from the mobile device itself to the content and applications; and 2) Naurtech, a company that develops connectivity solutions to provide mobile access to enterprise data and applications using Windows CE platform devices. In 2013, LANDESK purchased Shavlik, a pioneer in agentless patch management and a leader in innovative network security. In 2012, LANDESK acquired Wavelink, a provider of mobile device management solutions, and Managed Planet, a software asset management technology provider.
