RTCOMM (JSC "RTComm.RU"), established in February 2000, provides telecommunication services to the public and services for enterprise customers and telecommunications operators and holds a leading position in the Russian telecommunications market. Since 2008 RTCOMM included in the group of "Rostelecom" company (100% subsidiary) and is responsible for the development and modernization of satellite communications networks.
