Description
The history of Almaznaya Osen began in 1995. The joint-stock company ALROSA, the leader of the Russian diamond mining industry, decided to create its own pension fund for the veterans of the diamond industry in Mirny. In addition to ALROSA, the Fund's co-founders were Inter-regional Trade Union Profalmaz and Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Derzhava (Moscow).
On February 20, 2015, the Fund completed the reorganization procedure in the form of a transformation into a joint-stock company and became Joint Stock Company "APF" Diamond Autumn ".
JSC "SPF" Diamond Autumn "was successfully tested by the Bank of Russia, and on October 16, 2015, the Fund was included in the register of non-state pension funds - participants in the system for guaranteeing the rights of insured persons.
